Description

SORBIC ACID (2,4-hexadienoic acid) used as preservatives in a wide range of food, including dairy, meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, bakery, emulsions, beverages, and so on. It is widely been used as a preservative in foods and cosmetics. For equal preservative power, only three parts of sorbic acid must be used to equal four parts of potassium sorbate. It is available in Food Grade and Laboratory grade. It is available in the form of White Powder packed in 25 kg Bag. We can offer it in many grades as per the application needs in different industry sector.
